1. Service scope
Pictag provides Manual Tagging, paid Smart AI Tagging, metadata review and editing, export tools and marketplace-preparation workflows. Marketplace-specific distribution features are available only when explicitly shown as supported in the service.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, for keeping account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Accounts and purchases are intended for users who are legally able to enter into these Terms.
3. Free Manual Tagging
Free accounts may use Manual Tagging subject to the technical limits shown in the app. Manual Tagging does not require Pictag Credits.
4. Smart AI Tagging and credits
Smart AI Tagging requires Pictag Credits. Current paid packs are one-time purchases; credits do not expire. One credit corresponds to one image analysis unless the app clearly displays a different cost before the action.
5. Failed requests
Where Pictag reserves credits for a paid analysis that fails before completion, the reserved credits should be returned to the account. Abuse, duplicated requests or actions outside the supported workflow may be handled separately.
6. Metadata and AI outputs
AI-generated titles, descriptions and keywords may contain errors or require editing. You are responsible for reviewing metadata before export, publication or marketplace submission.
7. Marketplace exports and distribution
Pictag may provide export presets and, where implemented, distribution connections for supported marketplaces. Marketplaces are independent services with their own rules. Pictag does not guarantee acceptance, ranking, sales, licensing or continued availability of any marketplace integration.
8. Your files and rights
You must have the rights and permissions necessary to process, tag, export and distribute the images and metadata you submit through Pictag. You remain responsible for the legality of your content and marketplace submissions.
9. Payments
Credit-pack purchases are one-time payments. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. Applicable taxes, payment-provider terms and any legally required refund rights continue to apply.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use Pictag to violate law, third-party rights, marketplace rules, security controls or service limits, or to interfere with the operation of the service.
11. Availability and changes
Features, supported marketplaces, limits and integrations may change as marketplace forms, APIs and submission requirements change. Material changes to these Terms will be published with a revised effective date.
