Server-side provider routing
Standard accounts use capped free-tier chat models. Accounts use the currently available free or credit-funded model routes according to the selected feature and displayed limits. Provider API keys remain on pictag.ai's server and availability still depends on each provider's quota.

Two ways to pay for generation
Use universal Pictag Credits for a simple all-in-one workflow, or connect your own Pollinations balance with BYOK. BYOK generation consumes zero Pictag Credits.

Advanced: paste a Pollinations API key

Only use a key you own. Create a separate key with a spending budget and model restrictions rather than using an unrestricted master key.

The key is sent once to Pictag, validated, encrypted on the Pictag server, and never shown again. Disconnecting removes Pictag's saved copy; you can also revoke the key from your Pollinations dashboard.
